I have a variety of experience working on set
I’m a production professional who gives 100% in whatever crew position I’m working, Regardless on what I’m working on, or who I’m working with.
My values on set include staying organized, Encouraging and participating in Collaboration and frequent communication among cast & crew, along with being respectful and Courteous Towards everyone I interact with.
In leadership roles, I recognize that filmmaking is a team sport - and I tend to help others and step outside my role, if Necessary, to meet production goals rather than lean into traditional Hierarchies on set. I make a point to listen, ask questions and learn from other crew members. I value on-set safety, adequate meal and rest breaks for crew, reasonable scheduling, working hours and turn-around times above all else.
Though I’m not currently a member of any union, i stand in full solidarity and support of entertainment industry & production unions - and will not cross a picket line for a job.
